HOW DO I BOOK A CHAUFFEUR?
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Due to the nature of our service, daily rates are not available. As everyone's days are judged differently regarding time, MT Chauffeurs operate a hourly rate, which can start from £30.00* an hour.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
The simple answer is as soon as you are ready. As soon as you know the details of your journey, contact us and we will reserve an executive vehicle and driver for you. If you require any special amenities such as a specific newspaper or would like a specific drink awaiting for you in the vehicle, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate*. Please note that all our vehicles will have chilled water available as a standard at no charge.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Here at MT Chauffeurs we understand that needs can change quiet quickly - especially if you are based in the city. If you need to change your journey's pick-up location, then we ask you give at least 40 minutes' notice prior to the original agreed pick-up time. If you need to change your drop-off location, then please note that further charges may be set if the destination does not match with the original destination that was agreed upon.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
MT Chauffeurs accepts all major credit cards, pre-agreed account jobs (invoiced on a monthly basis) or cash.
You can make payment via credit/debit card at the time of the booking. Cash payments will be accepted at the end of your journey.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH MT CHAUFFEURS?
Simply contact our Head of Operations, Mr S. Archer, at S.Archer@mtchauffeurs.co.uk. Inform him that you are interested in opening an account and he will guide you through the steps. Accounts can be opened on the same day* they are requested.
